SITU owns and operates their own apartments and also acts as reservation agents for other carefully selected and vetted properties which are owned by other companies.  NOTE: It may be possible to book apartments not owned by Situ through other organisations.

SITU delivers a first-class service and end-product through a combination of its professional, courteous and knowledgeable team, and the use of an in-house developed management system; specifically designed to speed up booking serviced apartments and provide accurate, regular reporting.

If anyone from K2 calls in regarding one of their guests and it is a simple request i.e. checking door codes etc then please deal as you normally would HOWEVER if they are calling regarding an issue, then please take all details and try and patch them through to the Situ on call. IF Situ don’t answer i.e. early hours of the morning, then again please deal as you normally would.
