IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM AN OPERATOR SAYING THEY HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A MORNING ROUTE. PLEASE REFER TO 'OPERATOR ROUTE ISSUES' UNDER INFO PAGES.
PLEASE TAKE ALL DETAILS AND THEN CALL IT THROUGH TO THE ON CALL SO THEY CAN CHECK THEY ARE FULLY COMPLIANT AND CLEARED TO DRIVE.
ONLY notify dedicated on call of calls FROM schools between 5am and 6.30am, calling to inform that the school will be closed due to snow/winter weather. Any calls from parents etc asking if the school is closed or not, ask them to use their usual way of information (school website, check their email, text messages).
Take details and follow instructions below.
** Calls from a school, BEFORE 05:00am – please ask them to call back after 05:00.
** Calls from a school, AFTER 06:30am – please select call type above as Urgent – In hours and follow instructions.
** Calls, at any time, from a parent etc – please ask them to use their usual information feed (website, email, text etc)
For Non Urgent Queries advise the caller to send an email to the dedicated email address for their school or college.
The caller should have this information if they don't then right-click HERE and open the link in a new tab.
If they are unhappy to do this take all the details and patch to the office as per instructions below (except Dollar Academy, the caller must email directly).

If a parent calls & needs to book their child onto a morning bus service. Advise they can do this upto 2hrs prior to the scheduled departure or call the office at 6.30 once it opens.
If they are unhappy or can't do this take details below and follow up with a call to the office at 6.30am.
For anything that does not need immediate attention, please advise the caller to send an email to the dedicated email address for their school or college
