Calculating Infinity
Greeting: “Hello, you are through to the Dogger Bank South Wind Farm team. How can I help you?”
After the greeting please say: “Let me note down your name / telephone number / email address and some details about what you would like to talk about so that I can make sure the correct person gets back to you.”
End the call saying:
“Thank you very much indeed, we’ll pass your details onto a member of the team and, if required, they will get back to you as soon as possible.
“Is that ok?”
Say: “Thank you for your call and interest in Dogger Bank South.”
And send the message
“That’s no problem. No one in the team is available to speak to you right now but someone will get back to you as soon as possible. How would you like them to contact you? By telephone or by email?”
“Thank you for your call and interest in Dogger Bank South. Someone will be in touch with you ASAP”
