• Holchem only deal with the chemical dosing unit and the chemicals for the dishwasher, not the actual dishwasher itself.
• If the problem is with the actual dishwasher, they need to contact the dishwasher manufacturer or Crystal Tech, they should have their numbers.
• Holchem does NOT deal with bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, graffiti remover etc. They need to call Morrisons Head Office for that.
• Holchem does NOT collect empty containers.
• Holchem does NOT do audits anymore, they need to call Morrisons Head Office. 
• Holchem does NOT provide hand washing signs. They need to contact Morrisons Head Office.

If the caller reports any issues with the M1 or M2 pump,  advise Morrisons that they need to lock off the pump & do not use until Holchem have attended site.

"I am sorry, Holchem no longer offer an audit service, you will need to contact your head office"

Holchem only deal with issues with the dosing unit.  Any other issues with the dishwasher the caller should contact the dishwasher manufacturer.

"I am sorry, we do not handle dishwasher repairs other than those concerning the dosage unit, please contact the manufacturer of the dishwasher you are having a problem with".
