Norango is a 365 24/7 business and you would be expected to cover some shifts on national holidays including Christmas, weekends and be available 12 months of the year.

Should you be accepted for training, payment of training hours is subject to you meeting our required standards and is paid for upon completion of entering the advanced level and not before.

Sound quality must be of a good quality, which may require you to purchase an appropriate headset.

Progression through Norango, relies on obtaining quality assessment scores of 95% and above, at each stage, before progressing further.
