• APPLEGREEN P1, AND CALLS RE THE PUMP ONLY IF THE PUMP ISSUE HAS MADE THEM CEASE TRADING
• OOH = 17:00 – 08:00 M-F, AND ALL WEEKEND FOR THE ABOVE CRITERIA
• ON CALL IS FOUND ON CRM IN GREEN SECTION

Applegreen, pump issue, and UNABLE TO TRADE is a P1. Please go to the beginning and select P1 and add this detail to the comments.

For issues with the tills, you must contact your IT helpdesk who will ascertain the fault and contact us if needed

All issues with pumps and tills must be logged through your internal maintenance desk in the first instance as we cannot take a call direct from sites.
