Calls will be from people looking to place an order for a mattress, rise and recline chair or bed frame. Please take details and place order online via the website.

Please place the order via the website, confirm the caller will receive confirmation and delivery will be within 14 days. 

We also offer the collection of their old mattress for £45.00 (this is only available if they are buying a new one from us)

If the call is regarding delivery please let the caller know delivery will be in 14 days from when the order was placed. 

 If unable to help, please take all details and send a message.

If the caller is looking to return the mattress they need to email:  but they can ONLY start the return after 31 days. 
The cost of the return for collecting the mattress £75.00 or the caller can arrange to return the mattress themselves, they will receive and email with all instructions on.
No message to be sent if they are emailing.
