Please follow the below instructions
If you receive a call regarding an existing claim or a policy related call etc, please let the caller know the following:
“Due to staff training, there are no claims or policy staff available for the rest of the day. I'm happy to take a message for you and the team will call you back tomorrow.”
No message to be sent if they say they will call back.
Let the caller know they will receive a call back the next working day.
