We are to find out which station the recruit is at, take the callers details and advise we will call them back.

Call the correct operator for that station, advise there is an unwell recruit and ask for ETA, then call the original caller back and give them an ETA.

If the caller has called in IN HOURS continue to take all the details and follow the CHF instructions.

If the caller has called OUT OF HOURS, please advise the caller the vehicle and driver in place on standby is booked between 08.00-18.00 Mon – Fri, so they will need to call back the following morning.
