Is there a discount available for long stays?
The rates quoted on the website are usually the lowest available rates based on long stays (3-6 months+). This doesn’t mean it is a hard no but good to manage expectations, sometimes is helps callers to understand the pricing by explaining they are priced in a similar model to hotels rather than rentals.
Why can’t you tell me if it’s available now?
We have to contact the owner / management of the property to check availability and pricing for the specific dates as most properties on the website are on a request basis. There are some properties on the website which are available to book instantly and show live availability – these are shown as ‘Book Online’.
Why can’t I enquire for 1 night stay on the website?
We have a minimum stay restriction of 3 nights
